ACES Shared Event Log

At ELS in 2023, a motion was passed for ACES to create a shared event log compiled from real events that our member societies held.

The event log could be a valuable resource for smaller schools or transitional schools where little to no institutional knowledge is passed down through new executives, or where executives are having difficulty organizing successful events.

Submissions will go under review, and eventually be compiled into an event log that all our member societies are able to view and use as an organizational resource. 

This form may only be filled by Engineering Society Executive Members from ACES Member Societies.

  • This form must be filled in within a month after the event

  • This form may not be filled out before an event takes place

  • This form may be filled out more than once by an individual if there are various events to log.

  • Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
