Brandon Saulnier

Comme VP des services, Brandon est responsable pour:

  • Les évènements d’ACES (AGM, AEC, ELS)

  • La sensibilisation aux organisations professionnelles et aux écoles

  • Les services de développement éducatif et professionnel pour les membres

  • La gestion des commissaires du bilinguisme

 

Commissaires

 

Les applications pour les positions des commissaires ouvriront à la fin d’avril ou au début de mai.

Les responsabilités des commissaires sont décrites ci-dessous.

Chair

Chair Responsiblities Include:

  • Organizing a team to plan the Annual General Meeting.

  • Communicating between ACES, the hosting university’s Administration and Engineering Society, and sponsors.

  • Ensuring that all accommodations, meals, and events are planned, funded, and appropriate.

Small School Engagement Commissioner

Small School Engagement Commissioner Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining points of contact between ACES and the small schools.

  • Holding bi-monthly meetings to assist and assess challenges within engineering societies.

  • Creating and organizing transition documents for small school engineering societies.

IT Commissioner

IT Commissioner responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating the ACES website and social media platforms

  • Ensuring that relevant information can be easily accessed on the ACES Member Share Drive, and on the ACES website

  • Any other duties relating to the electronic infrastructure of ACES

Bilingualism Commissioner

Bilingualism commissioner responsibilities include:

  • Manage communication between ACES and U de M.

  • Support the AEC Organizing Committee with translation of materials.

  • Translate ACES documents and social media content


Conference Chairs

 

ACES has three annual conferences, each hosted by a different member school.

AGM Chair

AGM Chair responsibilities include:

  • Organizing a team to plan the Annual General Meeting.

  • Communicating between ACES, the hosting university’s Administration and Engineering Society, and sponsors.

  • Ensuring that all accommodations, meals, and events are planned, funded, and appropriate.

AEC Chair

AEC Chair responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team to organize the Atlantic Engineering Competition

  • Managing the quality of the events, accomodations, etc. to ensure a successful event

  • Overlooking all aspects of scheduling, budgeting to track the progress of planning keeping the event on budget

ELS Chair

ELS Chair Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing a team to plan the Engineering Leadership Summit.

  • Communicating between ACES, the hosting university’s Administration and Engineering Society, and sponsors.

  • Ensuring that all accommodations, meals, and events are planned, funded, and appropriate.
